Part time working at the Capital Medical University, Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, China, as Honorary Director and Guest Professor. Guest Professor also of the ZheJiang University (Hangzhou), China.
Alfred O.Mueck holds three full natural science degrees: for “Chemistry/Biochemistry”, “Medicine” and for “Clinical Pharmacology”. He is a member of societies of obstetrics and gynecology, gynecological endocrinology, internal medicine, clinical pharmacology and oncology/senology. Presently he is in the Board of the International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology (ISGE), and European Society of Gynecology (ESG). In the field of menopause he is in the Board of the European Menopause and Andropause Society (EMAS), and past member of the International Menopause Society (IMS) Board. During ten years he was the President of the German Menopause Society (GMS), increasing during his presidency by numerous work-shop activities the number of members from 300 to now 2500. Now he is the Honorary President for Life of the German Menopause Society. He is a member of the Editorial Board of about a dozen international journals, such as “Maturitas”, “Climacteric”, “Menopause”, “Gynecological Endocrinology” and “European Journal of Contraception and Reproductive Medicine” (Chinese edition).
He was engaged in founding the first official “Menopause Clinic” and first “International Fertility Protect Centre” in China, being now Honorary Director of those new institutions. He is the President of the new “Chinese-German Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology” and Vice-President of the “Chinese Society of Gynecological Endocrinology”. For his medical services in China he got the highest Chinese Government Award from the Premierminister of China (Li Keqiang), the “Chinese Friendship Award”, from the Chief Mayor of Beijing (Chen Jining) the “Great Wall Award”, and for the Beijing Government he officially is working as “Beijing City Special-Recruited Expert”.
Professor Mueck has published more than 800 original papers, reviews and book chapters; has more than 750 published abstracts and is Editor/Co-editor of more than 20 books on hormone therapy (sexual steroids, cardiovascular system/metabolism, gynecological cancer). His clinical and research priorities have been in hormone therapy, hormonal contraception, endometriosis and breast cancer. He has been a principal investigator in over 50 national/international phase I–IV clinical trials involving more than 20,000 patients.

Assistant Professor of Endocrinology
Stavroula (Lina) Paschou, MD, PhD is Assistant Professor of Endocrinology at the School of Medicine, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. She is based at the Endocrine Unit and Diabetes Centre, Department of Clinical Therapeutics, Alexandra Hospital in Athens. She graduated with Honors (8.88/10) from School of Medicine, University of Ioannina, Greece in 2005. She obtained her PhD in Endocrinology with Honors from the same University in 2010. Then, she worked at the Department of Diabetes, St Bartholomew’s Hospital, University of London, UK, funded by grants from the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) and the British Diabetic Twin Trust. She continued with clinical training in Endocrinology at the Hellenic Red Cross Hospital in Athens, Greece. In 2015, she was awarded the International Endocrine Scholarship by the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE) and moved to Boston, MA, USA. She completed her training in Endocrinology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, USA.
Assist. Prof. Paschou has published a large number of chapters in prestigious scientific books, such as Oxford Textbook of Endocrinology and Diabetes, and papers in prestigious scientific journals. Her main areas of interest are Diabetes/Obesity/Metabolism and Reproductive Endocrinology. Her author metrics can be summarized as following: publications in PubMed 152, citations 2,749, h-index 27, i10-index 65. Assist. Prof. Paschou has given invited lectures or has chaired in many national and international congresses or webinars (more than 120 in total). She regularly serves as Faculty at the Postgraduate Education Courses of EASD and ESE. She acts as member of the editorial board or reviewer in high impact scientific journals. She has received prestigious awards and scholarships.

She is member of the Board of Trustees of the Bioscientifica Trust, member of the ESE Science Committee, co-Chair of the ESE Young Endocrinologists and Scientists (EYES) Committee and co-Chair of the ESE Growth & Genetic Obesity COVID-19 Subgroup of the ESE COVID-19 Committee. Donna E. Stewart CM, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Donna Stewart is the Inaugural Chair of Women’s Health at University Health Network and University of Toronto. She is a University Professor at University of Toronto and is appointed in the Faculty of Medicine in the Departments of Psychiatry, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Medicine, Anaesthesia, Family and Community Medicine, and Surgery. She is a Senior Scientist at Toronto General Hospital Research Institute. She is the recipient of over 100 peer-reviewed scientific research grants and has published over 400 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals and 5 books.
Dr Stewart has won numerous awards for research and leadership and is an advisor on women’s health to the World Health Organization. She was a member of the World Psychiatric Association (WPA) Ethics and Review Committee and past-Chair of the Section of Women’s Mental Health. She has conducted over 200 MAID assessments. She is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American and Canadian Psychiatric Associations and an Honorary Fellow of the WPA. In 2014 she was made a member of the Order of Canada-the country’s highest civilian honour.
